Tim Cook has been the boss of Apple for five years, but how has the world's biggest tech company changed under his leadership? From record iPhone sales to questionable new products, this week the UK's best tech podcast looks at modern-day Apple, and how it's faring.

But wait -- there's more! Android Nougat is finally out, but the majority of Android fans may be left waiting to get their mitts on the new OS. Meanwhile Sony could be about to unveil two -- count 'em -- new PS4 variants. In other gaming news, is the planet getting bored of Pokemon Go? New figures suggest so, even if Luke and Andy's Pokepassion is still burning brightly.

We're also looking forward to next week, when we'll be jetting off to cover IFA, Europe's most eccentric tech trade show. Check out all our coverage here. Will we be able to record next week's show from under the same tree we used last year? There's only one way to find out, and that's to stay tuned.

Thanks also to everyone who wrote into the show this week to discuss Apple's rumoured move to ditch the 3.5mm headphone jack, and to all those who sent us the secret I-listened-all-the-way-to-the-end codeword. There's another one waiting for you this week, podfans.

Life, Disrupted

When you're done with this week's podcast, make sure you check out Road Trip 2016, CNET's annual feature that this year takes a look at the global refugee crisis, and finds out how tech is helping migrants fleeing war in their home countries, if it's helping at all.
