The purchases were made from July 21 through July 25. The Form 4 was filed with the SEC. Tim Cook keeps mouthing off about how cheap Apple shares are but he is not willing to put in a dime of his own money to show faith in his own stewardship. Even with shares seriously lagging the indices this year and in the last 52 weeks, all you see is insiders at Apple continue to ring the register joyfully while they give shareholders "innovation" like a new color or a thicker this and a thinner that, remove this jack and add this pin plug, more pixels, more resolution, etc.
Tim Cook and company really need to step up and stop with the constant over-promise and under-deliver they have been doing and for all our sakes, Tim, "Step up and buy a share or three, man."
You can afford it.
