KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Leong Bank Bhd today became the first organisation in Malaysia to use IBM Watson to help transform its customer service operations.

The announcement will see Hong Leong Bank deploy the cognitive computing technology with a focus on the customer support for credit card services.
