Classic Swiss timepiece or high-tech smartwatch: Can't decide? Just get 'em both.

California watchmaker Nico Gerard's three-piece Pinnacle collection includes a traditional watch face on top of the wrist, and a 38mm Apple Watch worn underneath.

If you've got an extra $100,000 lying around, the Pinnacle watches are available now to pre-order. Each comes with a 41mm round face—a departure from Cupertino's attached square display—and features a date indicator and water resistance up to 100m.

The entry-level Nico Gerard Pinnacle comes in black and silver for $9,300, plus a $200 early bird reservation fee; delivery is expected in 10 to 12 months. Its bolder, blue-and-silver sibling, the Skyview Pinnacle, costs $9,500 (plus $200), but is limited to 99 units—set to ship in eight to 10 months.

If you're the type who wears your money on your wrist, the Sunrise Pinnacle—with its red face and 18-karat gold wristband and attached Apple Watch—shouts "bling." For $112,000, plus a $500 reservation fee, you could be one of only 88 people sporting the high-class device, in just six to eight months.

The 38mm Apple Watch ($300.00 at eBay) and Apple Watch Edition, comparatively, cost between $549 and $17,000, depending on casing and band choices.

Once your online reservation is complete, you will receive a sizing kit, and can count on a Nico Gerard team member to keep you updated about the status and delivery date of your new watch.

Nico Gerard's Pinnacle timepieces were first announced in November, promising "a mix of technology and fashion that lets you combine the luxury and function of high-end watches, with the apps and possibilities of your next smartwatch." The new lineup launched on July 29, and supports the 38mm Apple Watch and Apple Watch Edition.
