How often does the weather dictate what one can do on a given day? For example, I'm sitting indoors on a rainy day writing this, waiting for the sun to come out so I can finish cutting the garden hedges. I've got a time and appropriate temperature in mind, as I don't want to do it too late in the day or when it's too hot. Foresee makes this entire planning process a lot simpler, and offers a highly attractive format, too.

The idea behind the app is that it works as a combination of a To Do list, and weather report. Users choose from a list of 72 activities, ranging from walking the dog, to gardening, to partaking in one of many different sports. Once something has been selected, the user then chooses what conditions would be most appropriate for them to complete the task. Want to go running but only when it's quite cool, in the evening and not windy? Adjust Foresee to match that setting.

Once everything has been organized correctly, the user can then browse through their list of tasks, at any time of day, with a smiley face indicating if it's ideal weather conditions for them at that given time. They can browse through for up to two weeks ahead, enabling them to plan well in advance.

Throughout, the app is very simple to set up. It takes seconds to adjust things to imperial or metric measurements or switch between different cities. It's a pleasant looking app, too, fitting into the minimalist iOS look well. The only feature missing that would have been welcomed, is an alarm or notification system, giving users the heads up when they've entered the right conditions to complete a particular task.

Approaching weather forecasting from a practical perspective is a wise move for Foresee, keeping it different from the rest of the weather apps out there, and making it quite the attractive proposition for those wanting to organize their day to day activities.
