May 27, 2013
EA Games has released Scrabble 3.4 for iOS. The latest version of the popular board game brings to six the number of languages supported, plus other features. Scrabble for iOS now includes updated dictionaries, including the Collins Official Scrabble Wordlist. You can also swipe through all of your ongoing games, not just the ones where it’s your turn. Other new features include:
  • Play in six languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Brazilian Portuguese!
  • Enjoy an even better gameplay experience with fewer Facebook share suggestions
Earlier this month, EA Games released a The Simpsons: Tapped Out update that introduced a new character, Agnes Skinner. It was also reported that EA Games was planning on porting its popular Frostbite engine to Apple’s mobile operating system. The mobile gaming engine, Frostbite Go, will eventually be available for both iOS and Android, though no release date has yet been announced. Scrabble ($1.99) and Scrabble for iPad ($4.99) are available in the App Store.
