The United Kingdom is apparently playing a key role for Microsoft’s Office 365 productivity suite, as the Redmond-based technology vendor has decided to start a new advertising campaign in train stations across the country.

According to a report posted by Creative Review, Microsoft has placed Office 365 ads in several stations, including London's Euston, St Pancras, Paddington and Canary Wharf, as well as Glasgow, Edinburgh and Manchester.

While Microsoft is yet to publicly announce a new marketing blitz for the cloud-based collaboration service, Britons are now assaulted with a significant number of ads, just like the software company did after the Windows 8 launch.

Surprisingly, the Windows maker has stepped beyond the traditional banner concept with even more ads, including sandwich bags, paper cups and free Wi-Fi in a number of locations.
