The folks at IK Multimedia announced Thursday the Jimi Hendrix Anniversary Collection for Amplitube on Mac and PC. This release expands the collection of amp and effects models based on Jimi Hendrix's legendary career. The release adds three amps: SilverTwelve (based on his Silvertone amp), JH Gold (Marshall JTM 45), and JH 1200 (Sunn 1200). It also adds EP Tape Echo (Maestro Echoplex). Cool! It retails for US$99/€79. Upgrades are $39.99/€29.99.
