A Dutch court in The Hague ruled this morning that some of South Korean company Samsung's tablet devices are to be taken off shelves for infringing on an Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) patent. This patent in particular is for the "bounce back" feature that many smartphone and tablet users will be familiar with, the one that occurs when you scroll from one screen to the next and then release the image. The court is threatening a $129,000 fine for every day that the banned tablets remain on shelves and is asking Samsung to report all profits from Galaxy device sales since June 2011. This is a continuation of a series of litigation battles between the two companies over patent infringement, and so far the decisions are all coming back in Apple's favor.
