Despite improvements in battery technology over the last year, Lee says that these won't cut it with a faster processor and the Retina Display—the only thing that will work is a physically larger battery.
A technology called in-cell touch will make the display significantly thinner, freeing up more room for a larger battery that could result in a 40% increase in battery capacity.
