The jury is still out — literally — on the Apple v. Samsung court case, in which Apple has accused Samsung of copying the iPhone and the iPad designs with its Android-powered mobile devices. While we wait for the verdict to come in (some experts say the jury’s deliberations could very well end before this week is up) to shed a bit of light on what’s at stake here we talked to Christopher Marlett, the founder and CEO of MDB Capital, a Los Angeles-based investment bank that focuses on intellectual property.
