Microsoft investigates XBox Live sign-in problems

Microsoft on Saturday (Manila time) started investigating a problem preventing some users of its Xbox Live gaming platform from signing into their accounts.

 

In a post on its Twitter account, Microsoft's Xbox Support said it is aware of the issue and is "actively investigating."

 

We are aware of the issues some users are having with Xbox LIVE and are actively investigating. Thanks for your patience ^KN

But as of 5:50 a.m. Saturday (Manila time), the Xbox Support page indicated the Xbox Live Service was "up and running".

 

A separate article on PC Magazine said Microsoft did not immediately give details into what was causing the problems.

 

PC Mag also said the log-in problems did not appear to affect all members.

 

It cited one Twitter user who said he could not access his account but his brother, who was in the same house, did not have a problem. — TJD, GMA News
