Alaska Communications will be joining nTelos on on April 20 as yet another regional carrier to offer Apple’s iPhone to its customers. Like nTelos, Alaska Communications will sell the iPhone 4 and 4S for US$50 less than AT&T and Verizon.
Alaska Communications gets the iPhone on April 20
The carrier’s service plans start at $90 for unlimited voice minutes, a 2GB data cap and no text messages. For $101, subscribers get unlimited voice minutes and text messages, and a 5GB data cap.
Alaska Communications will sell the 16GB iPhone 4S for $150 for, the 32GB version for $250, and the 64GB model for $350 with a two- year contract. The iPhone 4 will also be available for $50 with a two-year contract.
The carrier also offers Alaska-only coverage plans.
