The Work Order Network, Powered by Corrigo®, Introduces the CorrigoNet Mobile App for iPhone
PORTLAND, Ore., March 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- With the release of the CorrigoNet Mobile iPhone app, the creators of the Work Order Network (http://www.corrigo.com) just made it easier for mobile technicians currently connected to the Work Order Network to request, schedule and track facilities maintenance work orders. CorrigoNet Mobile places the work order functionality on your iPhone. This mobility is critical for facilities managers and support personnel constantly in motion to support their locations, ensure their customer experience and protect their brand.
Available now in the Apple App Store, CorrigoNet Mobile syncs with the Work Order Network instantaneously, allowing both the app and the online service to accurately reflect work orders in real time as they are processed, edited and updated from either location. This user-friendly CorrigoNet Mobile app puts a powerful work order system in the field where the work is being done. The app allows users to find and create work orders, process work orders offline, view work order details, view and add text notes, add and edit work order costs, and view and edit not-to-exceed amounts. In-house employees can access the CorrigoNet(R) back office from within the app, which integrates seamlessly with the desktop CorrigoNet.
"Our Facility Mobile App for iPhone is perfect for in-house technicians. Just like the iPhone itself, the App is simple to use but quite powerful," stated Gregory Roufa, Vice President of Product Design. "Extending to the iPhone and the App Store is another step illustrating Corrigo's commitment to mobility and field service management."
The Work Order Network is the leading business network for professionals within facilities management. Connecting to the Work Order Network provides all of the functionality required to manage facilities and equipment, including access to thousands of professional vendors and real-time visibility into the health of your end-to-end operations. From the initiation of a work order request, to the selection of the best vendor, through the completion of the work, to the invoicing and scoring of the vendor, the Work Order Network does it all.
"We were cloud-computing before the 'cloud' became a hip buzzword. From the beginning Corrigo has been focused on providing visibility and control to our clients, their employees, and their customers, from wherever they may be, and whatever interface they use," said Roufa, who is also a co-founder of Corrigo.
