Why Is There Not A 'Block This Sender' Button In Apple Mail?

Like you, if I leave my desk for just a minute to work the Keurig machine, my inbox will go from zero unread emails to 133.

There are lots of reason for this, but one is that a couple PR people out there email me over and over. 

There's some woman named "Claire Booty," for example, who has sent me this many emails since Tuesday at 10:35 AM:

Now, I know I could take some steps to keep these emails from flooding my inbox. I could create a filter in my Apple Mail preferences. I could write Claire an email begging to be unsubscribed. And I probably will do both those things.

But why isn't there just a button at the top of every email I read that says "block this sender"? I'd click it about 15 times a day.
