New App for Speed Dating - Analyzes Signatures of Potential Dates
ORLANDO, Fla., Feb. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Attention Speed Daters. Want an icebreaker for the next big speed date event? Find out about what may really be going on with a potential date with new iPhone/iPad app called 'X Sign Here.' The app analyzes a person's signature on the spot revealing behavior and personality traits often hidden. Just ask your potential date to sign their name with a finger or stylus on an iPhone or iPad then answer a few questions and hit "submit." The personality profile will be presented on the results page with the signer's strengths, weaknesses, behavior traits and maybe a few things you can start a conversation with.
Some of the traits revealed include: Whether someone is trustworthy, engaging, passionate, sincere or secretive. It also reveals whether someone is domineering, self centered or impatient.
"Handwriting analysis can play a useful role in getting to know a few close and otherwise concealed details of someone's personality," says Christine Summers, who developed X Sign Here (http://www.XSignHere.com). "Our handwriting represents us, and our signature represents us best. Our signature is our trademark, personal logo and it reflects the personality that we portray to the public. It is our personal portrait. We practice and perfect our signature more than any other element of writing so it really is a window inside to our heart."
Uses included asking potential dates to place their signatures on X Sign Here to decide whether to pursue a relationship any further. It could also be used it to determine the trustworthiness of a person they don't know well. "Many use it in the bar over drinks as a conversation starter," Says Summers. "The main use of the app is to have fun!"
The X Sign Here App can reveal 300+ personality possibilities and will evaluate a signature within 120 seconds after the signee answers 12 simple questions such as how the signature is written in relation to: space used, size, direction of the stroke, loops, dots and circles, and the signature's finishing's.
After downloading the App for 99 cents from the Apple iTunes Store, the user merely hands the iPhone or iPad over to a friend or relative who writes their signature using a finger or stylus. That person then answers a few questions and hits the "submit" button and the personality/behavior profile is waiting on the results page.
Profiles can be stored on the App, with the signature's owner being able to choose whether the results can be shared publicly, viewed only by the App's owner, or instantly deleted.
