  1. Well, he get’s an Oscar for being a fool and moron.

    1) A rank child abandoner, just as was done to him.
    2) A class 1 liar. Of the first water. Actually tried to convince the authorities that he was ‘sterile’, and that his child could not have really been his. A liar.
    3) A cheat – not just your run of the mill type, but to his close friend and business partner Woz. Its all there … Woz even confirms it.
    4) Probably a scam artist. He wrote the book on options backdating. The SEC did not have the balls to throw his backdating ass in jail.
    5) An avowed drug user … and mighty proud of it. Bragged about LSD, even chided Bill Gates for not using it. Now, how many families and people did he contribute to destroying by funding dangerous drug dealers. This guy should be an example to others, but not this moron.
    6) A total, complete and utter dumbass to not get immediate treatment to stop his cancer. It killed him. His arrogance led the way, and every apologist says ‘oh, who knew, maybe not’. Dead is dead.
    7) A pathetic apologetic soul. So, he states in an interview that he changes his mind and does a book to he can use it to communicate to his family … to tell them about himself because ‘I wasn’t there for them’. Why the hell not, whining asswipe!
    8) Stingy, self centered loser. This guys had billions, and instead of doing the right thing and giving something back, like Bill Gates, he hits the cemetary as the richest dude there.
    9) A bully to employees and prospective employees. We all read the stories of his pathetic, sociopathic treatment of folks in interviews and those working from him.

This guy wins the Oscar as being a loser, and good riddance man.

    1. Uh-oh, sounds like somebody sobered up and realized what a POS he’s been in his own world. Just because you think one way, doesn’t mean everyone else agrees with you. Especially someone like Steve Jobs.

When’s the last time the President of the United States called your dumb ass for advice? Why would he, anyways?

    2. We’ve had some real pieces of shit on this site over the years, but I’ve got to say this scumbag has to be the slimiest of the bunch. You have to wonder what kind of pathetic excuse for a human being would come to a Mac site and spout that kind of filth. I feel sorry for anyone unfortunate enough to be related in any way to this vile creature.

    3. Hi x:
I have to respectfully disagree with your opinions. Steve Jobs have done so much for the computer and other industries, there is no other CEO on this planet even come close to what Steve Jobs have contributed to humanity.

I am wondering whether you are actually a recently unemployed diehard Windows admin with a company that is transiting to Mac. Better yet, are you Eric T. Mole from Google-the-theif?

    4. Look, I’m sure you mean well but producing commercial electronics (regardless how fantastic) has nothing to do with being a good human being. Period. Since you don’t seem to understand basic humanity compared to gushing over a revolutionary CEO I do feel sorry for you. You don’t need to read the book (although perhaps you should) to understand good from bad. But if you do read it remember that this is fact not fiction. He says himself that he’s not a nice person. As does his wife. Never try to excuse things that are not excusable. He made no excuses. But still wasn’t really that sorry. Just try to learn and be a better person yourself. Eventually what you have accomplished doesn’t matter. It’s how you conducted your life and treated others that is important.

        1. You probably have the same character traits and values…………….only without any talent. At least he had talent. But as I said, its not how many people who envy your wealth or talent that makes you a good person it’s how many friends you have. That, knucklehead, is what counts. And between the two of you do you think anyone is really a friend? Naw.

    5. I think X is, for god only knows why, desperately trying to rewrite history so that Bill Gates is a better man than Steve Jobs.

It isn’t working, boy. Bill is still the evilest little piece of shit to ever try his hand at the computer business. Jobs did some lame things in his personal life – Gates built a criminal empire(see the DOJ case, its many revelations) and basicaly held back the productivity of the human race by forcing it against the law to use Microsoft’s literally non-functioning products. Oh, but he’s totally redeemed now because he runs a fake charity that rakes in huge ROIs by investing in corporations like BP, and then spends minute fractions of its wealth on some frequently questionable acts of philanthropy, right? How about no.

If you could stack up the amount of damage each man has inflicted upon the world, Steve’s stack would be an inch tall. Bill’s stack would stretch from here to Mars.

      How come that bothers you?

    6. Hey x,

Somebody can’t count higher than 7…Where’s your point # 8? Guess you missed grade school the day they taught the kids the number 8. Ever since then you’ve been alienated from society until now you’re a dry shriveled prune wracked with self-loathing, looking at the world through a murky window. Remember: 8 is great!

    7. Hey dipshit learn to read he is winning a Grammy not an Oscar.. A Grammy should be named in Job’s honor by simply saving the Music industry.

and a Babba Booey to you all!

  2. X, how ironic for you that in a world where your point of view might hold even a modicum of truth, that given that you are still not
worthy to chew on Steve Job’s 2 week old unwashed underwear.
    You sad pathetic fool.

  3. Though X’s remarks are wholly negative in character (and overlook greater multitudes of positive and beneficial accomplishments in Jobs’ career), unless he has fabricated every reference he makes to Jobs’ actions, there is a modicum of reason in his portrayal to give pause to the hagiographic frenzy that has grown up around Jobs since his death. The long view is almost certain to become less giddy with a shift toward emphasis on the man as seen through his products, like Ford and Edison, rather than the unassailable nature of his character.

    1. All of his points are character flaws big (a bully and class ‘A’ jerk) and small (drug experimenter).

      So what?

We’ve all read the same books. This is stuff we knew. But, he changed the world. He was pushy, but was right so often. And when he was so wrong (surprisingly frequently), he had built a team around him that could, and did, push back hard. That’s almost unheard of in giant corporations. He built teams and pushed them to do the impossible. For all that we are in awe of the man.

  4. I understand X’s anger and hate. After all, he is a perfect being who has never made a mistake or pissed anyone off.

Steve Jobs, however, was not perfect. He made mistakes in his younger years that he did not repeat when he matured. He learned from his mistakes and was a better man for it.

X, on the other hand, will always be a Fargin Icehole.
