Anobit Tells Workers Deal with Apple Completed, Calcalist Says

Anobit Technologies Ltd. told its workers at a meeting today that an agreement to sell the company to Apple Inc. has been finalized, paving the way for Apple’s first Israeli acquistion, the Calcalist financial daily reported without saying where it obtained the information.
A message left at the offices of Anobit in Herzliya was not immediately returned.
