Netflix 2.0 hits App Store

Netflix Wednesday released version 2.0 of its iOS app. The new version features a retooled interface that looks a bit cleaner and offers more titles in the given screen space. Netflix says the new design offers twice as many titles on the screen than before, saving users from paging through screens. The new interface is also more touch-friendly, allowing users to swipe through rows of titles. Netflix says the new interface can be viewed on an iPad with iOS 5 and the company will roll out the update to all users in the coming weeks.

Other new features allows Latin America users to view unlimited streaming. Also a "Just for Kids" option provides parental controls options.
