According to Barclays analyst Blayne Curtis, Apple could stop bundling the Lightning to 3.5mm headphone adapter with the new iPhones being released this year. Ever since the iPhone 7 launch, the company has bundled the $9 accessory, but by not doing so, the company could help boost profits and shareholder returns, in addition to share buybacks.
