US security company owned by Dell to purchase Israeli cyber firm for $20M
The American security company RSA, owned by Dell, is set to purchase the Israeli cyber company Fortscale for $20 million.
Fortscale developed an intelligence platform that enables security products to automatically add abilities to recognize and predict cyber attacks, information theft by organization workers or forbidden use of worker identity.
As a result of the lucrative deal, some of the company's employees will be incorporated into the Israeli development center of the purchaser.
