HP Reinvents Family Storytelling with its Mini Big Books Campaign

The campaign is HP’s latest initiative to promote reading for children in the UAE

HP Inc. launched the Mini Big Books campaign at Mirdif City Centre to reinvent family storytelling in the UAE. Taking place 18th – 27th January, the Mini Big Books campaign gives children the opportunity to take part in creating their own personalised story books and read them together with their parents.

At the HP stand, families will be able to choose their favourite stories, customise and print it, using the HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3785 All-in-One (AiO) printer. HP has also created a website (www.minibigbooks.com), where families can upload their pictures and select from 10 available stories, giving children the opportunity to become the heroes of their own books by choosing from three customisable characters per story.

Other fun activities taking place at the stand will include a photo activation using the HP Sprocket and HP Sprocket Plus. In addition, there will also be a radio roadshow in partnership with Virgin Radio on the 19th January to keep the kids entertained, as well as many exciting giveaways.

“We are extremely excited to be launching the Mini Big Books campaign in the UAE, which encourages children to read more often by allowing them to customise their favourite stories. HP is providing 10 beautifully crafted stories that will place your child in a range of exciting adventures, from managing their first day at school to saving the polar ice caps! In a world full of amazing stories, every child wants to be a hero, and we wanted to help make their wishes come true as they share their tales with their parents.” Stephane Rogier, Head of the Print Business Unit at HP Inc.

Families can visit the HP stand at Mirdiff City Centre (near Vox Cinemas) on Level 1 January 18th – 27th, 2018 to participate in the activities for free.
