- Apple (AAPL +0.9%) has wrapped a sale of $7B in debt across various tranches, according to its SEC filing.
- It's sold $500M in floating rate notes due 2020 and $750M in floating-rate notes due 2022, along with: $1B in 1.8% notes due 2020; $1B in 2.3% notes due 2022; $1.75B in 2.85% notes due 2024; and $2B in 3.2% notes due 2027.
- At last report, Apple's total debt had risen to $98.88B (some $85B of that in long-term debt).
