Microsoft will make Focused Inbox available for Windows 10 users from February, April for Mobile users

Microsoft is bringing focused inbox to all of its apps and platforms, but it has been a tediously slow roll out so far and not all users have received it.

The firm has now updated its announcement post to let users know when they should expect to have received the update by.  For users on the iPhone and Android, Focused Inbox is already available for all (since it originated there to begin with).

Users on Windows 10 Mobile can expect their first look at the feature this April, assuming nothing alters their plans for the rollout again.

Both Outlook on the Mac and the web (this is contingent on users having already received an update to the new Outlook.com experience) have already started receiving the new Focused Inbox experience and should complete it in roughly a month.

Furthermore, For Outlook.com Web users, Microsoft will complete the roll out of the New Outlook web experience and the Focused Inbox by the end of April 2017 (a but later than summer 2016 but who’s counting).

Outlook.com web experience: We have rolled this out to tens of millions of users already. We will continue rolling the feature out and it will be available to all users by April 2017. All supported Outlook.com account will be able to see Focused Inbox in the Mail app for Windows 10 starting in February 2017.

Microsoft has been rolling out its new Outlook experience and improved Outlook features for a while now, thankfully, at least for users who haven’t received it, we have some transparency as to what’s going on being the scenes.
