iOS 10.2: 6 reasons you should upgrade
Apple has released its new IOS update with new features and bug fixes coming to its mobile devices.
Here's six that will make it worth the upgrade.
The new TV app Apple demoed in their latest key note will automatically load unto your IOS device.
The best part of the TV app, it aggregates all your subscription into one central hub With a single sign on for certain cable TV subscribers.
All except for Netflix that is, which at least for now has been left out of the app.
Hit the Watch Now tab to continue watching where you left off or scroll down to the What to Watch section if you want suggestions based on your history.
Kinda like the For You section in the Apple Music app.
Next up Emojis.
Over a 100 new emojis have been added to Apple's keyboard And still no search bar to discover them all.
Here are a few standouts in each category.
We have new happy faces and the creepy clown face, three new ways to say you're sick, a male dancer, Apple genius and rock star chick.
A couple new much needed reactions, some essential culinary staples because bacon and a few other favorites like the hang ten and the selfie arm.
If you like to use the same camera settings or filters when you take photos.
I was 10.2, now let's you save them for easy access.
Under the Photos and Camera section in Settings, scroll down and click Preserve Settings.
This includes the Mode, Filter, or Live Photo options if you have a success or above.
Ever lost a text message when typing from the quick response bubble?

That's been fixed on iOS 10.2 and you can resume writing in full screen without having to rewrite a response.
Also in the Messages app, new message screen effects.
A celebration and a send with love option.
Really touch or long press the message arrow, toggle to the screen option, and scroll twice for the blow up heart or to the loved once to unleash the sparklers which include a haptic vibration for iPhone 7.
And lastly, if you've been eying my background and you have an iPhone 7 or 7 plus, you now have three new wallpaper options to chose from.
Sadly, no live effect though.
