Serif have just announced the release of the latest version of Affinity Photo for Mac. Version 1.5 which is available now has several improvements including the ability to use the Touch Bar on the latest MacBook Pro. Not everyone has the latest Mac, of course, and it is good to see several other improvements listed, including:

  • HDR merge
  • Direct PSD write back
  • Macros
  • Tone mapping
  • Focus merge
  • Batch processing
  • New filters
  • 360 image editing
  • RAW improvements (including support for 7o new cameras)
  • Text styles
  • Dust and scratches filter
  • New color picker tool
  • New file formats

There are some 37 improvements listed for the update (on the Mac App Store) for this download of some 194 MB.
