"I have an in-home recording studio and frequently use iTunes to rip a session to MP3 format for emailing to a client. For this purpose, file size is more important than audio quality. I used to drag the AIF file into iTunes, select the file and then 'Convert to MP3'. I used to be able to select the ripping format and resolution. Since updating iTunes, that functionality appears to have gone among the missing. The only option I can find is the default MP4A. Has this functionality been removed or am I missing something."
